VERY small paycheck Couldn't manage the people filling the orders you brought in Too much expected too soon Company completely did away with all Business Development people the month of Christmas. The down-turn in the economy was the excuse they used but that's irresponsible. Companies who are committed to their employees will try to reallocate their talent before sending them to the unemployment office. Yes Manpower is a temporary staffing company but they should treat their full-time employees with a little more committment to do the right thing. I don't think they would have made such a drastic decision to decrease headcount if all the jobs had been in their community of Milwaukee - that would have cause a backlash from other companies that use them for seasonal staffing. Imagine the headlines during peak holiday hiring.....Manpower lays off 250 employees just weeks before Christams....

Nothing much to say for this area basically I leave because I will like to change my scope to become a HR Executive
