      Pros

      You will never hear from them which can be seen as good if you do everything right and can minimize all contact for the better. Great benefit is paying for your education with University of Phoenix if first degree. Keep your head down and you will be okay.

      Cons

      If you do need them that's a whole other struggle. They are never available and hard to get a hold of because the various time zones they are located in. Dealing with their insurance is also a struggle with all their names such as Manpower Group etc. They really don't seem to help but it's partly because they only focus on hiring. You are just a number and they are your "employer" by name only. They just fill a legal gap between contractors and agency.

      Decent pay at the time Good experience for future jobs Decent support from upper management and corporate

      Cons

      Had a lot of issues with another lady in our office that caused a ton of problems and corporate wouldn't let our manager fire. Very high expectations when I started. Employees who had been there 15+ years said it was a recent change that even they were having trouble keeping up with. Software was abysmal. Very clunky and old.
