Pros
The pay is a great starting point. A 100% set schedule. OT-availabe friendly work environment. Gives required PPE. Start day ~ 1week after phone call from recruiter. Safety is top priority
Cons
NO PTO NO BENEFITS OT-mandatory (set schedule) Usually 12hr shifts It's a factory-so it can be smelly, and dirty... safety concerns that create strict boundaries and can get you fired on the spot. Will just deactivate your badge to fire you and not tell you, or answer calls if you're let go.
