If you already have outstanding work ethics, you can and will achieve resounding success while accomplishing your assignments as a Manpower representative!
Cons
Being assigned to a hospital, my only detriment is having to wait to get my assignment, approximately 3 to 4 hours before my shift begins. Understandably, I can't be assigned until the hospital knows the status of the patients and their individual needs.
