      Manpower is good but God save you if you are placed in TAPFIN INDIA by Manpower Power. No career growth. No Job security. No respect to diversity in terms of caste & culture. Trust me! Too much threatening from both Male & Female Leaders. Yeah, that's what all pros is all about. Rest your decision to be in TAPFIN.

      Cons

      Most importantly no career growth since you would be hired in TAPFIN with some designation, and they would ask you to do something out of your designation. Malicious female leaders will destroy your career. Will threaten you even if you don't take their permission to go to washroom! Trust me it's not funny.
