      Pros

      Great brand recognition, broad reach in capabilities but can't actually get it done, stable long term company.

      Cons

      Terrible management and complete lack of leadership. Offshore delivery model is a daily fight in sourcing candidates and that group has absolutely no accountability. Non-collaborative culture, everyone's out for their own. New comers are left to sink or swim with little no guidance. Beware - worst professional experience of my life.
