Unfortunately, you’re promised the world when you’re hired on and that’s definitely not the case. Metrics are very standard for the recruiting industry but it is extremely hard to reach those numbers consecutively with the lack of jobs they provide you to work. Micromanagement never works for anyone, yet that’s all that was provided. There wasn’t any support on how to reach goals or ways to be more successful. You were told you had numbers to reach and you had to reach them no matter the struggle or the amount of times you reached out for assistance.
