      Pros

      Competitive Salary and Benefits. A leader in the industry and most buyers are familiar with ManpowerGroup. There are some great people that work for the organization as well as some great leaders.

      Cons

      The commission structure is the worst in the industry. The leadership needs to do a better job at explaining expectations during onboarding and within the first 90 days versus after 6-8 months from the start date. When deals are closed don't expect to receive any sort of congrats from leadership, however others within the organization will acknowledge the hard work it took to close the deal. You can expect to put in tons of hours and work during your vacation without acknowledgement from management.
