      Straight-forward, flexible, but unstable

      Pros

      - Fully remote role provided excellent flexibility - The Marketing Team felt like an actual team, everyone got along and worked great with each other - Day-to-day was (mostly) straightforward, impactful, and satisfying

      - Inconsistent levels of work throughout the year - Constant changes in staff - Mixed messages from stakeholders/leadership

      They care about you!

      Pros

      They care about their employees. If we have concerns, they listen to us and they talk to the 3rd party employer when necessary. They negotiate for you to raise the pay as well when you request and if the case could be possible. The biggest thing I feel about them is that they do everything they can for you to feel comfortable and stress free to work in the environment. That is why at least once every 3 months, they hold zoom meeting with you to catch up.

      Cons

      For now, nothing. If you work with them, it’s not you work at their office. You go to another company to work so for that 3rd company, you’re a temporary staff so that could be cons because it’s not stable way to work compared to full time worker who has direct contact with the 3rd company.
