not much room for growth

-Air quality: Grey/black boogers every night after work. -Shifts cancelled by employer if low workloads expected (7hrs before shift start if night-worker). -Revenge cancellations: If we cancel a shift, they cancel the one after in response. -Poor work ethic of some co-workers (long breaks, using phones excessively) can lead to overburdening of other staff. -More complicated requests can get messy (change of bank account etc). -Kitchen is expensive, and often closed. -No single phone number to guarantee contact with local shift management, just loads of mobile numbers and prayers that someone picks up.
