Pros

To be very honest, getting hired by ManpowerGroup was one of the best things to happen to me. The work environment/ work culture in my opinion is second to none. Fast tracked career growth opportunities. I very much enjoy working in a non micro-manage work environment that allows for creative freedom and boss's that actually listen to your input on how to improve daily aspects of the job. Working at Manpower gives you a sense of pride knowing your helping hundreds of people connect with job opportunities.

Cons

I have worked as an Associate recruiter for 6 months now and can honestly say I do not have any cons worth mentioning.

Pros

Hired immediately after initial contact

Cons

Open discrimination of employees. Callous disregard for you if you get injured on the job with management lying about what happened. Lies about further assignments available that arrive 6 months later.

Pros

-One and only pro is the option to work from home

Cons

--Can be dropped from an assignment with no notice and no promise of another assignment. --When a project ends, you are left in limbo by the coordinating team who do not respond to phone calls or email regarding a new assignment --Project goal expectations are aligned across a team but search resources are not shared evenly which put some recruiters at severe disadvantage --Distant, non-approachable management with no coaching and no response to questions --Divisiveness and confrontation pervades the work culture of some projects --Micromanagement tools that smother innovation and autonomy. --Extremely low hourly rates, poor benefit choice
