Facility and non-management staff are excellent
Cons
HR runs the company instead of doing HR and developing/retaining excellent staff they spend there time strategizing with departments on how to do there work. The majority of the staff remaining is managed through fear and there is very little trust among the rank and file with management so things move at a snails pace for everything.
