Business Outlook
Pros
Positive company to work for, with worldwide operations. Great training induction lasting 16-18 weeks. Lots of efforts to create collaboration within the organisation with open door policies.
Cons
Commission structure % are quite low. Pay all starting consultants the exact same salary regardless of experience/ time served, a new starter with no experience earns the same as a consultant with 5 years experience. Training is not tailored to the individual and everybody is expected to start from scratch.
