      It used to a great place to work

      Pros

      Prior to the change in leadership it was a good place to work. I enjoyed the company trips to headquarters.

      Cons

      They changed local leadership and it became a nightmare. HR allowed her to target leaders and their staff, make people feel uncomfortable and change the inviting culture that was originally cultivated.

      That I don't have to work here anymore and am no longer making them money!

      Where to start... MPG makes a lot of money but pay you crap. Soooo many different systems to use and log into... this is 2022 MPG, get with the technology times. Very disorganized. A large group I work with was recenlty laid off from MPG and we were told we would be getting a severance. A week later, 2 VP's called a meeting and said we are putting you on a 6 MONTH FURLOUGH, so NO severance. Don't ever tell me you care about your employees when you do something like this. We were put on a mpg redeployment however most if not all the other roles would be more than a 50% cut in pay, even so, they were never able to find me (and almost all the others) anything.

      Won't pay severance when laid off. Will only Furlough so they don't have to pay it.
