      Great Place to Gain Experience

      Pros

      -Management are generally very helpful and motivating. -Good entry-level position for those interested in recruiting or other HR related fields. -Plenty of training offered. -Nice office downtown with parking included. -Able to learn and be open about communication.

      Cons

      -Pay and benefits are quite low, entry level or not -Time off/ sick time are not paid your first several months -Your success really depends on your client. No guarantee where you will be placed -Some miscommunication due to nature of projects and clients

      Pros

      Good pay... but not worth the stress and unhappiness

      Cons

      Long shifts, manager is a super hydro micromanager. The atmosphere was always super uptight. I would hardly eat lunch because we were always overwhelmed. We were working 6 days a week for 4 months straight. After I left, in one year they went through 10 more recruiters. Enough said.

      You get WFH days eventually

      Cons

      after you “level up” they set these levels for you to reach and don’t offer any PTO benefits until your considered “staff” which is at their own discretion when they want to promote you to that. I know people going on 2+ years who aren’t “staff”. The company does not care about you and is ready to replace you. Constant turnover
