      Everything is wrong about this company, they have no proper management system, no proper way of talking, more than MNC it seems like small startup kind of chaos, the upper management don’t have no sense of how to behave with the juniors, worst company

      Great place to work with large-scale data, but processes can be slow

      Pros

      Worked with large-scale datasets and real production pipelines. Good opportunity to learn and use GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow) and PySpark in real projects. Learned a lot about data migration from on-prem to cloud and performance optimization. Team members were collaborative and willing to help. Good experience if you want to work in enterprise-level data engineering.

      Cons

      Some processes and approvals were slow due to corporate structure. Legacy systems made some projects more complex than necessary. Documentation was sometimes outdated or incomplete. Decision-making could take time because multiple teams were involved.
