      Not any I can think of.

      Cons

      Less pay, less hours, lots of layoffs. "This is not my job description" was the new SOP when I was laid off.

      Pros

      Great flexibility. Leadership who is client focused. Work hard, play hard. Focused on being number one in all aspects of our business.

      Cons

      Under market compensation. Heavily driven by shareholder value. Too many layers of leadership. Too risk adverse. Outsourced all back office functions to a foreign company.

      Pros

      Some great people who work hard to keep clients and associates happy and paid and their systems up.

      Cons

      Communication is always too little, too late. A bit too much disconnect from employees to leadership. Unfortunately, they just outsourced all of their IT functions.
