Micromanagement needs improvment. There's a lot of favoritism. They should really work on training the upper management people [leads, managers etc.] on how to encourage their team instead of playing favorites. I wished I could've stayed longer because I really like what I did and knowing that I was able to make a difference for someone even though I got yelled at by candidates left and right for undisclosed reasons. But I couldn't put up with the lead's leadership. More leadership training for them and less hardcover training on the workers but than again Manpower isn't about retaining their employees, it's all for profit so who cares right!? There's so much talent from the employees that manpower is missing out on esp when they leave. Another thing could be improve is pay, needs to be higher for the headaches that occurs. Also, everyday there is a new rule and you can easily get into trouble for new rules that they just pulled out of thin air.

It is a very large company and it is easy to get lost in the shuffle. Higher up management sometimes seem to be more interested in politics than engaging their employees.
