Pros

There will always be something to keep you busy. Yearly salary increases with bonus, good benefits and good work life balance.

Cons

Salary increases are non negotiable and instead are based off an ever shrinking allowable percentage regardless of how well the employee has performed. Merit increases SHOULD be based off the annual review and reflect generously. Salary increases have been consistently and deplorably low for those who do most of the leg work in the back office to make sure processes run smoothly. You can have a fantastic review with a minor increase in salary which goes towards taxes and benefits and makes no difference in the everyday life. By far the largest company I have worked for with the absolute lowest increase in salary but ever increasing workload. Promotions are few and far in between unless you are at a high ranking level.
