Not a transparent promotion scheme, you never know how much you need to reach to have promotion, they would just ask you to fill more jobs before they consider promoting you; Management is not qualified with very poor english. We can foresee they would never leave the company as this is a comfort zone to them. They just keep chasing your target without any valuable suggestions. They would not find new business as they would just sit in the office and ask you to do so. As they do not know how to find business, they cannot provide guidance on you. Commission scheme is terribly not competitive at all. About 90%-95% of commission goes to management. Besides, management allows us to do any job we want. Without specialisation on the industries, we cannot be that professional.
