Decentralized structure of organization, brand value of fortune 500 company . That's only a show for it's Indian subsidiary ManpowerGroup Services India Pvt ltd

Cons

I don't know where to start from.. worst internal HR team, no value of employees , no growth, too much politics. Being an HR company their HR policies are so weak and flawed. HR don't value their employees and have a don't care attitude towards employee grievances..Business has no say in anything. Their idealogies are back dated. Too top it all they use unnecessary pressure tactics which demoralize employees more.

No proper leadership. Employee's are not valued. No career growth. help is not provided to anyone to grow. Very unhygienic work environment. No job security or stability. worst company i have worked in.
