- no respect from the management. you have no hopes for a career in this company over 100 people leave the company each year and are quickly replaced by others - according to people who have access to this info you get a salary of about 4-5 times lower than any manager and if you ask for a better computer or anything else you are shown the door. We work on computers from 6-7 years ago which barely function - the managers are the only happy people in this company, they give themselves bonuses each month and congratulate each other whenever they can hire someone on the lowest salary possible. - in Manpower Romania there is nobody you can ask for any help unless you want to try your chances at getting fired. recently 10 employees in the financial department were fired for asking about their annual bonuses which are mandatory in their work contracts.
