There is little if no training. Pay is terrible, and there is little room for growth or promotion. If you are a hard worker, be prepared to watched others get paid the same salary, and enjoy checking out the scores on ESPN, watching "Jackass" on YouTube, or e-blasting about the next Happy Hour location. Management is almost never around, and there are clear favorites, A lot of gossip, and childish behavior. Unprofessional work environment.
