      Socially responsible, but needs work on managing change

      Pros

      The HQ location and building is a pro. The people are great, and the culture is relaxed. They try to do things to show appreciation for the staff, even when times are tough

      Cons

      Change is not always managed well. Communication can be a challenge in a company of this size with such a large global footprint

      Pros

      Great history, strong leadership (@board level + above) and great ideas and concepts with a few really great people in the company. Great clients and reputation in the industry -- including public sector etc. Strong American operation.

      Cons

      Dis-functional internal politics and cultural struggles squashes innovation and theory y thinking. Inability to deliver the promise --across the board. great ideas are often left as simply ideas and are not translated to the bottom line.

      Pros

      Good training and support at first.

      Cons

      Lots of disappointment from candidates and clients. The staffing industry is just brutal if you haven't been in it before. Managers expect the world from employees. Very hard to get lots of commission as they promise you should be getting. Base salary is low.
