      Pros

      Benefits off the start, small team each corporate office is ran like a mom and pops style business.

      Cons

      Not guarenteed pay raises, bonuses occur as long as you make quarterly objective which is defined from last year's quarter profits.

      Pros

      Lots of learning experience. They are leaders in their field in terms of knowledge. Global connection with your peers.

      Cons

      Poor management and leadership. The concern for meeting numbers have way outweighed the welfare of its employees leading to high turnovers. They have lost the human touch. No replacement for lost workforce therefore current employees are required to take on the extra load. Shift in goal post all the time.
