Pros
The people mainly. The location is ideal and central to Bristol.
Cons
The management is all over the place. They do not care for or prioritise their staff and are constantly overrun by their international head office to make decisions that are directly detrimental to the Bristol office. It then becomes the current staff's problem to climb out of a back-log and stack of complaints. To raise a concern about this would mean you get a generic response or a "it is what it is" outlook or maybe an arbitrary pay rise that they present as being a favour to you, although it only covers the rate of inflation anyway and barely matches rival companies salaries.
