      Pros

      Hours M-F, PTO TIME, Your work peers are feeling same way as you. Holidays off. Benefits

      Cons

      Ugh stressful do to being micromanaged, timed on your calls, timed on your after call work, god for bid if you have to go to your manager for customer complaints they pass it to the lead. Q&A on your calls and marked off on stupid stuff if you dont stay with the robot questions. The question are like your working on assembly line.. and you must sell the green program "god forbid if you dont ask that" Then you have the ancient computer program that freezes and is so dam slow and so out dated its sad. This program makes your job so hard.

      Pros

      Great at making you feel on top of the world with sales and quarterly meetings.. Great starting pay rate for an insurance sales job.

      Cons

      Nothing gets done on time when requested management does not take responsibility for their lack of cooperation. Title is insurance agent but the job is mostly marketing

      There is not anymore besides the fact that you get Blue Cross insurance

      Cons

      Company used to be phenomenal. They keep restricting and adding more more rules while taking away more and more benefits raises are getting smaller. The cost of insurance and benefits are going up. They also started to micromanage everyone, which was the exact opposite of how this company used to be
