Employer provides little to no training from your first day setting most employees up for failure. Their turn over is horrendous. Pay and benefits is below industry standard with no bonus'. They operate on 4 different systems depending on which state you handle, all systems are pretty outdated not to mention some being in Spanish. They also don't do drug testing or background checks on employees which can make you feel unsafe in your work environment. The seasoned employees who are still there are resistant to change. Overall a very unhappy work place.

This company has gone downhill at lightning speed. The Spanish company that bought out Commerce has run it into the ground so fast. Its no surprise that employees leave on their lunch break and don't come back. Supervisors are on a major power trip. They work their employees to death without so much as a thank you. Such evil little trolls who get paid to bark orders. Don't even get me started on the alleged pill popping that was going on during work hours. Last I heard, Webster PD was allegedly investigating. Such a great place to work.
