Pros

Salary, benefits, PTO in lieu of vacation and sick time.

Cons

Managers have no professional training and can be abusive. Upper management is not open to obtaining employee input. Extreme disorganization and constant changes in positions, duties, procedures. Managers imported from the office in Massachusetts lack regional experience.

Pros

Generous PTO .. friendly co workers.. paid holidays.. vacation time is usually accepted with no issues .. conveniently located close to everything

Cons

Micromanaging, gossipy atmosphere, no room to grow..unequal distribution of work .. overworked with little to no compensation.. lots of favoritism

Pros

Companion workers are great and supervision is understanding of familial obligations. Working conditions are clean and well maintained. Some areas have very thorough training. It can be a great place to gain skills in new areas without prior experience.

Cons

The benefits seem to be on steady decline. Ownership change has created an environment of polarized groups and reduced cohesiveness. Internal growth is limited seemingly based on strict internal guidelines.
