Pros

You are part of a team, and you get to meet a lot of really great people. I do have to say that the best thing about working at Marathon Petroleum is that they are flexible and reasonable when you have children who are sick or need you there.

Cons

My employer has to many employees and not enough hours to give to all of them. Some weeks I only get 8 - 14 hours. Some other things are that some of my co-workers get treated differently than others, and some things tend to get over looked. I just don't think that it is verry fare.

Marathon was a great internship experience. I learned a lot about accounting and the industry.

Cons

There wasn't a lot of opportunity to get a full-time job if your aren't flexible in your location.
