If you love running and have a passion for fitness, this can be a good fit for you. It has provided a lot of opportunities to get involved in fitness communities in the Boston area. Store management is great and work vibes are generally pretty relaxed. Frequent postings about the promotional opportunity within the company

Cons

While store management is great, upper management can seem out of touch with day-to-day sales and is more focused on having workers push unnecessary products onto customers. Although there are often opportunities for growth mentioned, pay increases and increased levels of responsibility were sparsely given.
