Decent wages, relaxed environment, substantial employee benefits including flexible time off and retirement offerings/pension contributions.

Cons

Daily experience depends heavily on local manager. Most of the managerial staff are friendly, responsive, helpful, and ultimately look to facilitate employee well-being. However, there are likely some exceptions to this level of quality among the 20+ store managers.
