free ice cream, was able to eat whatever I wanted honestly and the work environment was laid back. if you worked with a friend it was a really fun job in the summer

Cons

had to close independently which was fine but working alone got really lonely especially during the fall/winter season. also I was 16 at the time and came across a lot of challenges by myself because of inadequate training. was basically just thrown into the job
