Pros
My employers were always very helpful & understanding when it came to scheduling, as most of their employees were still in high school. As a first job, the training was extensive and taught me a lot of customer service and time management. It was a very easy space to seek help, there was never really a fear to ask questions.
Cons
Due to this being a high school job, the late closing time was not convenient with early morning classes. There wasn't a lot of room to grow, it was very a repetitive workspace.
