Pros
Employee discount on ice cream, co-workers were ok. As far as working in the food industry goes, it could be much worse.
Cons
At the store I worked at, the owner was unkind and hard to deal with. She loved to come in and micromanage your tasks even when it was busy. There are no benefits and no real room to grow. Pay is minimum wage. I didn't receive my work shirts for months after I started.
