-Good starter job. -Easy to get the hang of things(if fast learner). -Free ice cream/discount. -Usually out going bright people to work by.

Cons

-No real goal. -Can't really grow professionally. -Not enough pay for how hard you have to work. -Bad management. -Not a serious job, just something to do on the side.
