- Easy straightforward tasks - Doesn't get crazy busy compared to more local ice cream places

Cons

- People can just come in and randomly ask you to scoop out several litres of ice cream on the spot - Horrible upper management from hq who make demands that clearly show they have never worked in the ice cream store before - Bad app and internal system that hq tries to update 24/7 but makes it worse every time
