The wholesale team is small you get to develop lots of skills and really help out in a variety of areas

The actual studio and office space itself wasn't very clean

Amazing people So much to learn if you take the initiative Hands on learning when it coming to designing and constructing couture gowns

Cons

Staff is overworked. Designers are not paid overtime and expected to work long days and most weekends. Sometimes we went two month without a single day off. Expect to work most holidays. The entire place is very dirty.

Beautiful product.... that’s about it.

Cons

Company disorganization, they barely provide office supplies to their employees. They still run as if they were a start up company which is very disappointing. lack of upper management, No office room. Several employees have nasty attitudes....only few friendly staff. I would be very careful in this environment.
