Def no pros to working here trust me. There holiday party was a casino night and it had nothing to even do with Christmas. Had to buy your own drinks . That's what they think about their employees hard work lol
Cons
They lie to your face and cut you the moment you do one thing bad. They don't teach their staff upper ups just blame them for a poorly run audit by management. Everyone is shady and will throw you under the bus to save their own butt everyday of the week. When it comes time for reviews they don't remember all the hard work you put in just if the hours matched their poorly constructed budgets they put together that aren't really realistic just a bad way to get clients to come in with cheap rates and then they are shocked when we go over budget. And you guessed it the staff is at fault. Place is a joke stay away. Esp from Hr i haven't met a sketchier person in my life. She is a shady person and it just represents the tone at the top at this place. They legit let go of people the day busy season ended. So They use their staff fire them after months of hard work just so they don't have to pay out bonuses. I hope this tells you everything about a firm you need to know. This place isn't even Marcum. They don't run like Marcum. They pretend to be Marcum. Bunch of shady people looking out for themselves. Saddle brook Marcum is a joke and to be honest wouldn't be surprised if other shady stuff happens. Managers only care about themselves, never take time to teach and just blame you for mistakes and the staff get the blame and it affects pay and job status. Place is just poorly run. Don't believe me? You will eventually.
