Pros

Great company culture, great EMEA management and great office environment All of my managers have always been extremely helpful allowing me to improve in what I do and grow professionally. Everyone helps each other at the office, we have very good communication with each other and the office is really inclusive in terms of gender and LGBT+ employees Good compensation and benefits package, good work-life balance, working from home 2-3 days a week Good career opportunities, especially for younger employees.

Cons

This is a very technical job, so be prepared to be constantly learning and improving your knowledge. This company also has a start-up feeling, so be ready to wear many hats and take the initiative to get things rolling.
