The only thing that seemed to matter was what had already been communicated. Management had told the CEO about project A (which was nonfunctional and lacking even basic quality), so project A was continued. It was irrelevant whether an idea was good, just how well it was politically communicated. Once started, a project was never altered or reversed. A very frustrating place to work for someone that wants to make a real impact.
