Pros

No skills needed, basic training.

Cons

Underpaid and overworked employees. The call center is the Info Desk and has to answer to 7 clinics . Dental , Referrals, Medical and miscellaneous. Management could care less about the well being of the employees . They claim to provide health care with compassion, but lack internal care.
