Good environment, good team, good perspectives to grow. You can work from home, good food and drinks provided. Good management and flexible hours.

Cons

For now, I dont have any cons to share. Marin Software has been a nice place to work. I am enjoying it!

- Great Personal Development - strong learning curve and you are constantly learning, the products are constantly being updated all the time to stay ahead of the game so we have to too - Great People - the people you work with are great - very bright, intelligent, but also personable too. Very friendly atmosphere and good office morale. - Great technology and products to work on - Good Benefits - all the ones that matter - private health + Dental, Free Food, Flexible Working, Cycle to work scheme, - Great career opportunities if you work hard - they tend to promote from within rather than hire external managers

Cons

- Appraisals have been dropped so it's hard to see your areas of improvement and development + career progression opportunities, and also to recap on what you have achieved. - Management need to be more people focused rather than just be focused all about the company - No maternity or Paternity offered - only statutory
