      Reasonably decent, competent, hardworking people. Not too demanding

      Cons

      Somewhat hard to get fully meshed with the greater company as a remote worker, communication across organizational boundaries doesn't get transmitted very well. Career prospects highly contingent upon growth, poor financials.
