Pros

It's a job like no other. It seems like they look for employees who resemble their customer base.

Cons

It's a job like no other. Loan by mail checks to people who they can't identify but demand the branches find them and once you do, you offer them more money at an extremely high interest rate. VP's Sr VP's are constantly pushing more and more loans even when people can't afford them. The corporate political climate is very obvious and it is uncomfortable.

I cannot think of anything positive to say about this place.

Cons

Senior management has no clue what is happening in their branches. Over worked, under paid, docked 30 minutes for a lunch I was never allowed to take (labor law violation by the way), unattainable and ridiculous goals, district managers punishing their staffs by forcing them to work weekends when their numbers aren't reached or if they deem it "not good enough". If you want to feel like a company owns you and you have no freedom by all means apply here. They promise you the world and as soon as you start about a week or two in they mention some job responsibilities that they oops forgot to mention in the interview process.
