Love dealing with the clients & helping them solve their financial issues. Growing company.

Cons

To much tracking, micromanaging, & reports. Get threatened to be put on notice or let go at least once a week, if not more. Was threatened 4 times in one day. Bosses make up their own rules because it's "their district". Yearly reviews are a joke, it's all about the numbers.

Cons

company isn't like it use to be. The 'personal touch' to its employees has been replaced with profit and growth.
