      Pros

      Mariner Finance is a power house in the finance industry. The job training is well developed and organized for employee success. The pay salaries are great. The benefits are great with 9 paid holidays per year. There is room to grow within the company for a long term career. There are structured departments throughout the company to help assist employees with all aspects of their job.

      Cons

      Like many jobs there are stressful times that require extra efforts from all employees.
