Pros

I love the people I work with and I'm always happy to come to work. I'm seldom bored; there's always something to do.

Cons

The pay isn't great, and there are no bonuses for HQ employees despite the company doing great (and despite there being bonuses and contests for branch employees). There isn't much room for advancement without leaving your department.

Good but could be better

Pros

Hours, pay, difficulty of work is mild to low, incentive pay for hard work. Company is now PTO so all time is personal recog.

Cons

This position doesn't allow actual bonuses but there are incentive pay outs most month. Little opportunity to move forward in company without relocating.

most offices appear to be constantly understaffed are processes are inefficient and over managed.
