I’ve never experienced a work environment where the managers care so much about how employees are doing… not just as workers, but as people. My manager knows the names of everyone in my family and always inquires about my life outside of work and especially how I’ve been holding up these past few months during the pandemic. And that’s on top of the fact that the company pays us much higher than industry standard and gives all full-time employees full benefits, PTO, 401k match, and a generous bonus program. The bonuses have been affected by the pandemic, but they’ve been very transparent about when they expect to begin doing those again and how much they appreciate our patience and understanding. Overall, I’d say it’s a very positive, symbiotic relationship between management and employees and one based on mutual respect and trust.
