      Had good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Long hours, working Saturdays and wouldn't know until last minute. That made your weekends non-existent. No time outside of work to do other things and short staffed for all customers it had.

      Good salary. Love my staff.

      Cons

      No life balance as a manager. Expected to work more Saturday’s than led to believe. Branch Managers expected in early and staying late, daily. Upper management is awful.
